DIY: How to knit a Pouf

I'm sure you have seen these amazing stools, that are called Poufs, around on the internet. My mom tryed her hand at one and was really excited and happy with the results.

The pouf pattern is available from Pickles, a Norwegian site that offers free patterns for knitting. If you read the comments you'll also find some great tips on how to use different yarn and to get a certain textured look.

My mom has been knitting for nearly 30 years and she loves sitting down and coming up with different designs. Once she sits down though, she usually doesn't stop until she had the project finished. I'm her biggest fan and admire all her work. It will be so fun to go yarn shopping, the next time she is in WA.

If you've made a pouf or are planning on knitting one, let us know. We'd love to see how it turns out
